PROFESSIONAL TRAINING WORKSHOP Introduction A three-day “Professional Training” is specially designed for the non-academic (Office Staff) form grade 7-16, in order to enhance their professional capabilities, and office management skills to perform their job more efficiently & effectively. This workshop would be comprised of 3 training sessions, each of 1.5 hr. This workshop will result in knowledge enhancement and capacity building of the participants and this is a good opportunity for them to learn.

PROFESSIONAL TRAINING WORKSHOP Guidelines for the Trainees 100% attendance is compulsory for all participants. No leave will be granted. Participants are required to keep their mobile/cell phone off during the sessions. Strict timing will be observed for all the sessions daily. Participants will mark their attendance daily. Each participant will be required to attend last session which purely will be practical oriented and shall be conducted in IT lab. This training is compulsory for all Office Assistants & Clerical Staff including PAs etc.

PROFESSIONAL TRAINING WORKSHOP The workshop is focused on office procedures, professionalism, advanced office management skills, team building and office bonding with the purpose to achieve goals. The Office Staff is the facilitator of the university and there was a need to equip the staff with skills that would enrich their knowledge through the usage of modern trends and technologies. The objective of this workshop was to build the capacity of the non-teaching staff and to make them more effective, result oriented and capable of dealing with office affairs.

PROFESSIONAL TRAINING WORKSHOP The workshop will also provide an excellent opportunity to participants for sharing of knowledge/ experiences and capacity building at door step which will ultimately bring into play towards the betterment and development of University. Quality Assurance Division and Human Resource Department stresses on the necessity of such trainings for the office staff, who are one of the main stakeholder of any educational institutes and such trainings are absolutely essential for the individual’s professional growth and would ultimately benefit the National Textile University as well. It is a significant opportunity for the participants to polish their skills for future services.
