Building self esteem and stronger relationships.

 ask for at least on thing on your form  Make some progress on getting a handle on one of your incompletes discuss

 Close your eyes and remember back to before you were eighteen….  Remember something that you would call an accomplishment, achievement or success  Getting the lead in a school play  Passing a test  Learning to ride a bike, to swim etc

 Lets share our memories….

 Repeat the process with a success that we achieved after we were eighteen

 Listen a hundred times,  ponder a thousand times,  speak once.

 If we were meeting three years from today, what has to have happened during that three year period for you to feel happy about your progress?  What are the biggest dangers you’ll have to face and deal with in order to achieve that progress?  What are the biggest opportunities that you have that you would need to focus on and capture to achieve those things?  What strengths will you need to reinforce and maximise?  What skills and resources will you need to develop that you don’t currently have in order to capture those opportunities?

 Write down all your limiting beliefs regarding your finances, might be a good idea to get help from somebody who knows you!

 Challenge, make fun and argue with limiting beliefs about money…  Money grows in ballinacree  Money is the route to a chateau in france  Money can’t buy you happiness but it can buy you a great holiday

 Create a positive affirmation about money..  For example…  Everything I touch turns into Euros  People love to pay me well for my art  I make money easily

 Take a piece of paper and fill it up with all your strengths.  Now turn it upside down and pass it to the person on your left.

 Tell me  ‘What are the most positive strengths that you like and admire about…….’ Everyone does scribe for the person on their right. Read your form at least once a day for at least a week

 It’s nice to be acknowledged  Set a goal to deliver at least three acknowledgements as day  By text, phone, or personally  and notice what starts to happen in our relationships.

 You are 100% responsible for your life  Affirmations and visualisations  Believe in your goals and your ability to achieve them  Take action every day  Persistence is key, never give up  Complete one mess or incomplete every quarter  Ask for what you want, take action, make requests  Take time thank and appreciate others on a regular basis
