The target audience with be new and current teachers ranging from ages of early 20s to late 60s employed at Long Elementary in Harlingen, Texas. Additional information the learners would need would be to make sure their desktop and/ or laptop PC computer and all other technology equipment in their classroom is updated to their current versions. Learner Characteristics:

The intended instructional setting will be primarily in the workplace setting, specifically the cafeteria where all staff and teachers can fit comfortably. The teacher’s assigned laptop will also meet the training requirements. If time constraints and work-related responsibilities do not permit access at the workplace, then a computer or laptop with internet and employee webmail access will be needed so the presentation can be sent to all of the teacher’s addresses. My co-worker who is a Kindergarten teacher at long elementary will serve as a Subject Matter Expert in reviewing the Softchalk Presentation.
