2 Targeted Audience All members of the organization utilize computers for aspects of the job responsibility. Our members are made up of teachers, instructors, and support services. All members in the organization that utilize a computer will be thought how to use CBTTs to learn lessons and take tests.

3 Computer Based Training and Testing (CBTT)
Description Computer Based Training and Testing is any lesson or course that is completed or delivered electronically on a computer. Most business and organizations use laptops or desktops to conduct lesson or courses by internet or installed software. CBT training can be used to teach any lessons or courses and be utilized to take exams and tests. Most often CBT’s are used to learn particular programs, briefings, or to take online certifications and tests. By moving away from traditional learning in the classroom, CBTT will focus access in any location that has internet connection.

4 Delivery Modality/Method of Delivery
Training will consist of 75 members of the organization Method of instruction will be delivered by way of computer: Laptop (Company issued) All members will be broken into three groups of 25 with three different instructors teaching the same lesson plan on CBTT

All students will be situated in Organization training room All Students will be given access to training and testing modules online for learning objective Each student will bring the following items: Company issued Computers (Lap Tops)

6 Defined Instructional Goals
For students to grasp the use of computers to take lessons and tests For learners to become more proficient in navigating through computer based tests and lessons For learners to incorporate computers with all aspects of learning on the job training

Learners will be able to learn the use of CBTT’s and incorporate with day to day activities Learner will be come knowledgeable in the navigation as it relates to doing on job tasking Learner will be able to use CBTT’s to take tests and exams

Audience: All members of the organization: Teachers, Instructors, and services support Behavior: Members of the organization have different levels of computer knowledge Groups will be broken into three groups depending on their level of computer skill based on assessment done prior to the class Member will be able to demonstrate their computer skills and abilities Smaldino, S., Lowther, D., & Russell, J. 9 Objectives the A-B-C-D format
Condition: Equipment and tools will be available and utilized Software on lesson and practice test will be used in order to establish lessons and instructions Degree Members will be given lesson and exams through CBTT Exam will consist of 10 questions in which learners will be able to answer at 9 of the ten questions dealing with lesson

10 Objectives The objectives utilized will encourage critical thinking skills due to the utilization of CBTT Lesson and test will formative in nature so that learner will be able to incorporate knowledge and ideas to come up with a variety of ways to use CBTT as an avenue to do lesson and take tests

11 Instructional Strategies
Directed learning Learners will be instructed on how to navigate around CBTT. A set of checklists will be established for step by step instructions on how to navigate around the program Learners will be guided by instructor and given a time line from start to finish

12 Instructional Strategies
Simulation Instructor will incorporate computer technology into project and that will simulate lessons and test that will be given by the organization with little or no help from the instructor. Simulation will allow learners a hands on or real life comparisons of the lesson and tests learned on the CBTT

13 Instructional Strategies
Assessment At the completion of direct learning instruction a hands on evaluation and test will be conducted. Learners will us the CBTT to take lessons and testing. Lesson and testing will consist of questions and informal interactive assessments in order to gauge the status of knowledge gained by the instructional project.

CBTT software and testing material used by the organization Computer based Training Material used for testing and lesson planning Internet based programs used of organizational lesson and project planning

15 Instructional Plan Timeline and Implementation
Duration of training will take 8 hours for one day All learning will be conducted in classroom At the beginning of each class, instructor will inform the learners the positive outcomes of learning the lessons in CBTT. Ensure the learners that the purpose of the training is to help them with their day to day job responsibilities. Ensure feedback and advice is always available at any time of the training Tests the consists of questions and answers on the navigation of CBTT

Training Session Length The course will consist of four lessons in one day of training starting on December 14, 2014 at 8:00am and ending 5:00pm the same day . Allocated lesson time and breaks as followed: 8:00am to 9:45am Lesson 1 9:45am to 10:00am Break 10:00am to 11:30am Lesson 2 11:30am to 1:00pm Lunch 1:00pm to 2:45pm Lesson 3 2:45pm to 3:00pm Break 3:00pm to 5:00pm Lesson 4

Lesson 1 (8:00am to 9:45am) Consist of introduction of the course Lesson 2 (10:00am to 11:30am) Body of the lesson plan, how to navigate and find solutions with CBTT Lesson 3 (1:00pm to 2:45pm) Proper techniques and resource to use with CBTT Lesson 4 (3:00pm to 5:00pm) Benefits of CBTT Final assessment and test Feedback session

Always let learners know about the positive impacts CBTT is to their careers Focus on the simplicity of using computer technology on the making work easier and cost effective for both organization and member Educational benefit are critical to advancing career by the help of CBTT

20 Criteria The main criteria of assessment is to follow the ABCD format described All assessment will be established by end of course indentified in lesson 4 Percentage score will be based on the number of correct answers

21 Evaluation Instruments
All evaluations will be determined by CBTT module testing CBTT will be the main avenue to test and complete lessons via computer Assessment and scoring will be base or utilized through the CBTT

22 Evaluation Overview The instructional Plan content is to improve the way we conduct business by using the CBTT program. We as an organization will utilize testing and completing lesson through this method because it is proven to be cost effective and efficient for the needs of our members and the organization. This is the future with positive ratings in all aspects.
