Making an Application for Post 16 Education in Cambridgeshire Using

Important Information When entering your user name and password type carefully, using capital letters if they are in your password. You will be locked out after three failed attempts. If you change your password make sure you write it down. If you are locked out you will need to contact Mrs J Martin on to be unlocked.

What you should have completed Personal Details Support Needs Parent/Guardian details Qualifications Work History (inc work experience) Referees (not required) Interests (to be included in Personal Statement Personal Statement If information has not been added into these areas you will be unable to proceed with your application

The Next Step Search for Sixth Form Centres that you want to attend. Check prospectus to get the full name of course you want to apply for. Enter name into Search, book mark the course. Continue this process with all Colleges and courses you are interested in.

Things to remember When applying for A levels you must put at least four choices down. You can put more, this will then be discussed at interview. Make sure you are aware of the entry requirements for each course. If you are applying for equal first’s they must be different types of courses.

Deadlines 16 th December – students to have an application in draft form sent to J Martin 7-14 th January – predicted grades to be added 18 th January – final checking by student, parent and Witchford Village College any changes made 24 th January applications sent to Sixth Form Centres
