On side of switch as shown, use double connector in package to connect first two terminals on right side. Connect White wire on right side, Brown wire second from right and Blue wire third from right. Use screws in package to secure ring connectors to terminals. Tighten White wire Double connector Brown wire Blue wire

Plug (1) FUSE-30 AMP ( ) into fuse panel, opposite Red wire. Install (1) TERMINAL-RING WIRE #10 ( ) on end of Black wire from HARNESS-ENG SHUTDOWN ARMA. Remove bolt in firewall with existing ground wire, as shown above right, and add ring terminal with Black wire to bolt. Replace bolt, secure with existing nut and tighten Red wire Black wire

Strip end of Red wire from existing engine wire harness and crimp in other end of CONNECTOR-NYL INS BUTT, as shown above right, connecting Blue wire to Red wire Red wire Blue wire

Tools:5/16” Nut Driver / Adjustable Wrench 12mm Socket / Ratchet Extension Air Ratchet MODEL: KIT-MFG-ENG SHDN DSL M&FS SWA DOCUMENTED BY: John Myers PAGE NUMBER: 11 DATE: 9/20/05 Disconnect hose from end of air cleaner for access, as shown at left. If necessary, bend lift ring on end of engine out of way, as shown at left. Remove bolt from top of engine next to air cleaner, as shown above right.

Apply pipe dope to threads of (1) FTG-HOSE BARB 1/4 MPT TO 3/8 ( ) and screw into (1) FTG-BRASS TEE ( ). Screw fittings into engine and tighten. Screw vaporizer switch into one side of FTG-BRASS TEE. Screw (1) SWITCH-OIL PRESSURE SW 75 ( ) into other side of FTG-BRASS TEE. Tighten with pliers Vaporizer switch Cut off end of White wire in HARNESS-ENG SHUTDOWN ARMA at end of conduit, as shown above. Secure White wire inside conduit with electrical tape, as shown below.
