„Cities on Internet” Association, Tarnów, Poland MAP project IST  Project has began in March 2002, will be realized for two years  Aim is to create a front end e-assistance system integrating existing in house information  MAP system will assist civil servants by performing semantic analyses providing the employee with shortcuts to solutions therefore increasing the quality of service.

„Cities on Internet” Association, Tarnów, Poland MAP project IST  Innovative approach:  „sniffer” agent – interceptor of dialogue, semantic analysis  Natural Language Recognition interface  Mobile access, UMTS ready  Strong involvement of users in the project, pilot phase will include extensive testing of the system prototype in public administrations.
