March – Signed 3 year contract with ImageTrend purchasing their full software package Incident Reports Database Modules User Friendly Report Writer April – Merged with GEMSIS to create one site for Fire and EMS *GEMSIS = Georgia Medical Services Information System* July – Site went live, having around 50 users ready to begin their reporting As of October 1 st we have 200 Users out of 600 fire departments in the state of Georgia.

There are 2 ways to get started in ImageTrend: 1. Fill out workbooks from Blake Beckham 1. Detailed Excel Spreadsheets to import your records 2. Workbooks used to import: 1. Staff 2. Stations 3. Vehicles 4. Hydrants 5. Locations 6. Occupants 7. Streets 3. Then to Blake Beckham upon Completion 2. Contact Blake Beckham for a Login 1. Once logged on, will be able to manually add information 2. This is recommended for departments under 25 FF’s

ImageTrend is here to stay. Once the contract ends in 3 years, we will renew and pay any additional fees. If your department is in the middle of a contract, you have the ability to join ImageTrend at any time.
