Programme Overview full programme WYTF £1bn over 10+ years 5 West Yorkshire councils + York + WYCA 26 projects | 60 schemes commenced April years (2016 – 2021) £420m schemes to deliver 40 schemes – construction commenced road, rail, bus & public realm
