Membership  Secretary  Attend all general meetings & exec board meetings, take meeting minutes & record attendance  This is a great way to learn about the VP positions & have a foot in the door, while maintaining a minimal work load  Rush & Retention  Coordinate Rush week – come up with a theme, organize recruitment (flyering, chalking, making a Facebook event, etc.), attend the student org fair, plan a minimum of 1 fellowship & 1 service event  Facilitate the Question & Answer Informational meeting  Come up with fun ideas to increase retention of brothers (past ideas have included making meetings more interactive, providing bros with birthday gifts, doing anonymous shout outs, etc… we are always looking for NEW ideas!)

Finance  Fundraising  Coordinate and plan events focused on raising money for the Chapter or philanthropy  Will likely work close with Black Tie Chair  Apparel  Design and coordinate the sale of apparel items for the Chapter (this is not limited to just clothing – past ideas have included travel mugs, hats or scarves, sunglasses, stickers - whatever there is interest for)
