Role and Functions of the Steering Committee The Steering Committee is composed by 1 member from each Partner City. The Steering Committee is the core management of the Partnership. Functions of Torino Management Team Responsible for the overall management of the project, in close connection with Project Partners (PP) Responsible for the financial management of the project; in close connection with PP Interacting with the URBACT Secretariat on all issues relating to project development (i.e.state of the art, reports, financial reports, changes in the work plan and/or budget) Coordinating the TMT and its interaction with PP teams Coordinating PP applications and experts applications Strategic Project Manager – Luisa Avedano

Functions of Torino Management Team Network and Communication Manager Coordinate and implement all Network build up, development and communication flows among project partners, with particular reference to: 4 PREWs organisation in close connection with PP Teams Coordinate network communication and information to all participants involved with particular reference to on line learning and exchange resource on the web site and Urb-Health newsletters Coordinate the creation of the Guidelines for future interventions in areas of poor urban environment Supervise monitoring reports on project development Establish and maintain systems for monitoring and evaluation in close connection with the Project Manager and the Partners Supervise dissemination and capitalisation processes in close connection with the URBACT Secretariat and guidelines

Functions of Torino Management Team Administrative and Financial Supervisor Collect all the financial information necessary for financial reports on project development following the guidelines set by the URBACT Secretariat Supervise the administrative and financial issues attached to project development in close connection with the project coordinator and with PP teams Interface these tasks with the Presage software (the tool set by URBACT Secretariat for the financial accounting and reporting)
