SCREEN POPS Appears when a call is answered (must have connection to phone system) Provides Operator notes Addresses commonly used Current bookings Model bookings Bookings from recent past Cancelled bookings Future bookings Action bookings

LOST PROPERTY Record Name Phone number Booking number OR date/time Notes Notes on item(s) lost Driver can record items found

ADDRESS QUALIFIERS Link information to an address Notes for operator Notes for driver Automatically set attributes Can apply to area, street or place Added / edited from Manage Addresses F11 Examples …

ADDRESS QUALIFIERS Operator Notes If ‘Arrowtown’ used as a destination then display a note to the operator Result ‘Manual’ — note disappears if selection made or when booking completed or cancelled

ADDRESS QUALIFIERS Booking Attributes ‘Automatically apply’ — attribute is set automatically without the operator needing to do anything (marked with light blue border on booking form)

ADDRESS QUALIFIERS Driver Notes Driver note ‘Manual’ Operator must add note (append option)

ADDRESS QUALIFIERS Options Force selectionOperator must perform action before alert is dismissed Automatically applyApplied to booking automatically not applicable for operator notes ManualNothing happens unless operator applies change

ALERTS on PROBLEM BOOKINGS An alert is given if there’s a problem dispatching Address blacklisted by some drivers No suitable car Too many passengers (above) Inconsistent attributes e.g. WAT and Sedan No suitable car working Blacklisted by everyone Manual dispatch set

MANAGED BOOKINGS 1 When ‘tight’ control is required ‘Drag’ job down to give to a car or ‘drag’ back

MANAGED BOOKINGS 2 * Configurable ** Calculated using configurable average speed Buffer at start * Estimated job time ** Estimated travel time from previous drop off Buffer for drop off * Possible clash

MANAGED BOOKINGS 3 Select attributes e.g. WAT Start now Step back 24 hours Step forward 24 hours Adjust scale Save changes Clear changes

END JOB If the car is ‘stuck’ on engaged use the ‘End Job’ option.

VEHICLE STATUS Shows status of car FlagComments bVehicle is booked. eVehicle is engaged. The Meter is on. vVehicle is vacant. The Meter is off. rDriver has registered for cover work. cVehicle is NOT connected to system. pDriver has pressed the panic button. lVehicle is NOT logged into the system. uVehicle is connected and logged into the system. The Driver has logged in but is unavailable. gVehicle is connected and logged into the system but does NOT have a valid GPS location. xDriver has been penalised. kDriver has been dispatch locked. oDriver is out of car. Letters use for other information

DISPATCH QUEUES COLUMNS Right click on queue header to select the content

COMBINED QUEUE File/Settings Select queues to be in combined queue Need restart. Get combined queue
