Phones out during hours of darkness. 3.TOMV – 4X4's in south, PTW's in north. Target Hardening. 4.TFMV - Not leaving anything on display, even petty cash. Locking doors. 5.Criminal Damage – Attempted TFMV, Cash Machines and key venues. 6.Theft from Person – Dipping of visitors to our borough. 7.VWI – Drugs, night time economy, domestic abuse & key venues
