Our car dealership is a part of a large group called performance group which is made up of a number of different car dealerships. They offer training from time to time. What advice would you give someone trying to enter that field? My advice would be to try and get as much experience as possible. I had to start at the bottom, work hard and take advantage of the opportunities that I was given. You have to learn from people who have more experience than you. There are days that feel very unproductive and that can be frustrating when I have deadlines to make. Also, I have recently accepted more responsibility for doing some accounting at our sister company. Mercedes- Benz. They have a completely different computer system so I have to learn that too. These are now challenges for me. sometimes my job can be difficult. For instance, a lot of my co-workers come to me for help in their departments. There are days that feel very unproductive and that can be frustrating when I have deadlines to make.
