INTERNET Banking (Non – Financial) To avail this service, the customer needs to visit his/her home branch and fill up the Value Added Services form and submit at the help desk. On update in bank records, the customer can then start using the new INTERNET Banking services. Your CIF Number is the USERNAME for the internet banking. INTERNET Banking (Non – Financial) Note for branch:  Next week the screen promotion will be done for Internet banking, the officer of the branch will have to make the request as per the promoted screen.  Once the entry in the screen has been done from the branch, the request for the internet banking would be accepted automatically.  The I-PIN would be delivered to the HO and after going through some process the I-PINs would be dispatched to the end user at their registered address directly from HO with intimation to a respective branch. Enquiry Screen Since 1925 Click on ACCOUNT BALANCE – to get the balance of all the linked accounts CHEQUE STATUS – using the option one can find the status of the cheque either issued/stopped for any payment STATEMENT OF ACCOUNT – by clicking on the menu one can view the statement of the account and even can download the statement

Option Screen Since 1925 Click on CHANGE LOGON PASSWORD – the user can change the login password by using the same menu CONTACT DETAILS – Details of the user like name, address, contact number, mail id can be viewed on the screen LOGIN HISTORY – One can view his/her past login logs

Request Screen Since 1925 Click on CHEQUE BOOK REQUEST– to make the request for the book. REVOKE STOP PAYMENT – it revokes the stop payment cheques. STOP PAYMENT– One can stop the payment of any cheque.
