 Use pencil on all graded assignments - after 2 weeks, deduction of up to 5 points  Notes - may use pen on non submitted assignments

 Assignments may be turned in up to two weeks late for partial credit - some assignments may not be late, these will be identified when they are assigned  Remember every point counts

 On the back of the Do Now sheet is a graph  Follow these steps to determine your progress 1. Look at the learning objectives, how “comfortable” are you in meeting the objectives 2. Look at the scale (0 to 4), rate your understanding and mastery of the objectives 3. Fill in the graph on the back of the Do Now Sheet

 What is respect? “deference to a right, privilege, privileged position” (n) “To show regard or consideration for” (v)  How do you get respect? “Men are respectable only as they respect.” Emerson  When do you give respect? Always – even when you do not want to.

 Listening to others - without interrupting  Valuing another person’s opinion - even if it different from your own  Biting your tongue when you are angry  Acceptance - even if the answer is not what you want  It’s an open mind
