Textbook Checkout  Go to the library to check out your textbook The Language of Composition  When you return to the classroom, start reading pages 1-4  Take notes on pages 1-4. you may either use Cornell notes or Two-Column notes. Rhetorical Shapes Lesson  Take notes!!

Homework  Read and take notes on LC p (stop at “Arrangement”). This is due Friday, September 12 th, but I am adding another piece of homework tomorrow so it would be a smart idea to do this piece tonight!!  Complete the assignment on p of LC. Write at least a paragraph in response to the prompt, and support your statements with evidence (quotes) from the text (also due Friday 9/12/14).  Reminder: 7 Habits… projects are start of class on Thursday!!
