Activities… NO SSR  Bring your SSR book for Wednesday’s Lesson Review Formative #2  Annotating Advocate Letter Requirements Finish Guided Annotations from Friday  “We Do” Annotations DUE TODAY! Formative #2 with checklist  “You Do” Annotations

Formative #2 = 16 points Annotation Requirements  2 Points = Identify (label) salutation and circle colon  4 Points = Bracket { or [ each paragraph and identify purpose of each (Yellow)  2 Points = Highlight 2 examples of Ethos (Yellow)  2 Points = Highlight 2 examples of Pathos (Pink)  2 Points = Highlight 2 examples of Logo (Green or Blue)  2 Points = Identify (label) the closing and signature  2 Points = Circle and annotate, in the margins, at least 2 examples of academic vocabulary, sophisticated word choice, and/or formal tone.
