Read page 74 and highlight the elements of an argument. As you read, mark the text finding the following: Hook Counterclaims/Concession Claim Refutation Support (find at least 5) Concluding statement

3 After Reading Complete the chart on page 80
Now that you have read the letter, find the elements of the argument from your annotations.

4 Group write! Prompt: Does Robert Lakes culture inform the way he views others and the world around him?
