Auditory Learners learn best through verbal applications: Reading Aloud Verbal Lectures Using a tape recorder for note taking Debates Podcasts Videos Group Discussions Using Music Talking Repeating definitions and lists aloud

Signs of an auditory learner “Can you explain that again?” “Can you repeat that?” Follow directions very easily and precisely Will repeat what the teacher has said and back to the teacher. Will often memorize new information by using a song, rhythm or beat. Accommodations & Adaptations Teachers can record lessons for students to listen to. Students can wear headphones when watching videos or listening to Podcasts. Have students read aloud with recorded books on tape.
