STATUS QUO The Department of Environmental Affairs (DEA) mandated the Department of Science and Technology (DST) to lead technology development and transfer in SA under UNFCCC South Africa participates in the CTCN Advisory Board Meetings as observers through the Department of Science and Technology (DST) DST nominated as NDE in January
