WHO ARE WE? CS3 is a consortium of organisations in Suffolk & Cambridgeshire We can offer a range of activities, facilities and interventions to deliver local priority outcomes through cultural and physical activity We provide a structured mechanism through a single point of access to numerous, long established, third sector providers
