7 Improving quality Support the upcoming CQC consultation on a common refreshed view of quality Build on current care home sector project Support & highlight best practice in personalised support for care at home Use TLAP’s expertise in personalised care and support to enhance quality and innovation in Mental Health Support commissioners and the voluntary sector to highlight innovation and good quality early intervention and prevention in sustaining people longer in their communities

Should we extend the Partnership? – If so who is missing? How do we make future partnership commitments? Should we diversify our funding steams? – How? Is it appropriate the Board take decisions on behalf of the partnership?
