Strategy Considerations Recognizing the co-dependent nature of licensing and technical issue resolution, the project team is developing a Licensing Specification to further define project strategy and direction Reconcile existing LWR requirements to HTGR features Identify white papers and reports required in support of Early Site Permit (ESP) and Combined License (COL) applications Establish Engineering and R&D interfaces in support of these NRC transmittals Develop an NRC interface schedule for pre-application and ESP/COL application activities
