Function of Chillers Remove Cool Control Support

Applications of Chillers plastic industry printing industry high powered electronics machines source of power supply

WORKING PRINCIPLE

The working principle of a chiller is quite simple. The reservoir is filled with a fluid. The reservoir is connected to the equipment. Chiller's functions are regulated by the controller. An internal strainer is used to keep the harmful particles away from the system.

Maintenances

1.Maintain the daily operating log – Accurate and detailed log – To detect problems or inefficient control setpoints 2.Perform an oil and refrigerant analysis – Detecting the chiller contamination problem – Take an oil sample while chiller is operating

3.Keep evaporator and condenser tubes clean – Related to chiller performance and efficiency – Increase thermal resistance 4.Ensure a leak-free unit – Potential for greater operational losses – Increasing condensing pressure and compressor- power requirement
