Expected results and reporting  1 concept paper on „Innovation in education and training for medical staff“ with two parts:  part 1 - analysis of current situation in VET (vocational education and education)  part 2 - analysis of innovations in VET  5 meetings of all partners and bilateral meetings (see xls)  5 participants lists and 5 meeting minutes for every meeting  1 midterm report –  1 final report –  1 info-entry in the database European Shared Treasure  dissemination activities (website, workshops, conferences etc.)

Planned mobilities

Accounting and documents  separate bank account for project recommended  project cost center to be set up, all costs to be accounted there  one person from accounting department to be appointed in charge of the project  YOU should submit to your accounting department monthly:  information – what activities you did and how many hours you worked on project (for salary cost calculation), see suggested timesheet  flight ticket, boarding pass, participants list !!! from the meeting you attended (copy, in some countries agency requires original), travel order  IMPORTANT: if meal provided by the host partner, execute appropriate deduction on your travel order

Concept paper structure Part I: introductory analysis  what is the current situation in VET in nursing in Europe in regard to the official policies in VET?  what are the educational needs of the nurses?  what is the profile of a nurse in the innovative and dynamic 21st century? Part II: focus on innovation  what is an innovation in the context of health sector?  what is the impact of new trends and ground-breaking innovations on the lifelong learning?  how can the various stakeholders identify and share the innovation?  how can the innovation be integrated in the VET and have a positive impact on the nurses competencies?

Concept paper part 1: ANALYSIS Part I: introductory analysis  what is the current situation in VET in nursing in Europe in regard to the official policies in VET?  what are the educational needs of the nurses?  what is the profile of a nurse in the innovative and dynamic 21st century? DDL: March 2013, no given format or number of pages To be discussed: content of the analysis – what will be usefull for all partners? what documents are already available as info-sources? who can submit more detailed elaboration on the above stated points? tasks and deadlines distribution
