2. Community Services and Needs Assessment (6 months) Conduct detailed research to create an inventory of drowning prevention resources and services currently available to EMS professionals, families, media, primary care providers, and other interested community members Grant Update

3. Service Coordination Planning (2 months) Network with community service providers and grant partners to assist with drowning prevention activities by: Assessing their interest in coordinating services Assessing their willingness to integrate with other community resources

4. Grant Update Implementation Plan (2 months): Identified stakeholders will use the information collected from the needs assessment to address how drowning prevention resources can be used to coordinate and improve the services already offered to the public

5. Grant Update Dissemination (4 months): The resources collected will be made available to the community through our various EMS partnerships and collaborations to ensure community saturation Reports and recommendations to various agencies will also be provided
