Scrapbook Web Activity Here's where you learn what scrapbooking is all about and why it's a hobby for millions of people (even someone you know). Did you know that 1 in 4 American households do some form of scrapbooking? That's more than a hobby... it's a revolution. Who are these people? Why do they love the hobby? To get it, you have to DO it. Let's make a Digital Scrapbook page!

Making a Digital Photo Collage 1. gather 4-6 digital images to work with (these pics should be on the computer you are working on) 2. go to shutterfly.com 3. find your way to prints and poster, and click to enter that section 4. click on COLLAGE POSTERS 5. click GO under 8x10 posters 6. scroll down and select a style for your project 7. select a layout for your collage (on the left, there is a layout tab) 8. under the layout design click get pictures 9. browse to find your pic and click next to upload now 10. repeat steps 9-10 until all pics are uploaded 11. drag pics into desired spots on collage ( double clicking on a pic in the collage will allow you to edit the pic more carefully) *12. double click each caption and create desired saying (fonts, sizes, position, and colors can be changed) *13. click edges on the left to add finishing touches to the photos 14. click the preview tab at the top or click save on the right 15. click next to get ready to order your print 16. create an account and log in *17. follow directions to place your order for the collage *18. wait for order to arrive in the mail *OPTIONAL steps Note: this activity can be saved online for viewing if you do not wish to print at this time.
