2. Adding a New Slide/ Duplicating a Slide Go to the slide menu on the left side of the screen Right click to add a new slide Notice you can also duplicate a slide if you want to use your own design elements on multiple slides

3. Changing Layouts Under the home tab menu select layouts in the top left corner This will allow you to format your page to include photos captions, headlines, textboxes and more

4. Adding Pictures and Text Boxes/Ordering Elements and Changing Locations Click on the photo icon This will lead you to a browsing window where you can access files saved onto your computer  Remember a photo sent over email needs to be downloaded onto some place on your computer (or flash drive) before you can add it to your presentation

5. Adding a New Design and Adjusting Your Design To add a design select the design tab at the top of the menu Click on the design of your choice Notice that the design is not just the background but also relates to text colors, font styles and more You can adjust the look of your design by selecting colors, fonts and effects to the right of the design

6. Saving and Printing Make sure to save to your H drive and email to yourself so you have a copy to work on anywhere If you are printing to review, you can use the handout print option in order to save paper
