7 MULTIQUICK SECTIONADDUPLOAD Just access my already created document  I want something easy to use  My Syllabus is larger than ten pages  My Syllabus is between two and ten pages  My Syllabus is a single page  I want students to be able to find in search engine  I want to use special type or fonts  I want to be able to edit type and fonts  I make changes to my Syllabus regularly  I want to set specific dates for publishing  I want to manage and rearrange sections 

8  Click the Syllabi Navigate Menu Link  In the center Quick Add box, click Add New Course Heading and Syllabus  Enter a Course Name  Type or Paste your Syllabus Page Content into the Content Box  Format Content  Click the Save button

9  Click the Syllabi Navigate Menu Link  In the right-most Quick Add box, click Add Heading and Upload Syllabus  Enter a Course Title  Browse to the File Directory of the Syllabus  Click Upload Document

10  Click the Syllabi Navigate Menu Link  In the left-most Quick Add box, click Add New Course Heading  Enter a Course Title  Enter Publish Dates or Accept Defaults  Click the Save button  Find the [Course Title] Syllabus Editor Box  Click the Edit option  Click Add New Section

11  Enter a Section Name  Type or Paste Content Text into the Content Box  Format Content  Click the Save button  Repeat for each additional section required

12  Click the Announcements Navigate Menu Link  Click the Add New Section link in the top box  Type in an Announcement Title  Type or Paste Announcement Text  Format Text  Enter Publish Dates or Accept Defaults  Check Option Box for Bio Page Display  Click the Save button

13  The One Place Stop for Everything  Handouts, Syllabi, PowerPoints, Photos, Zip Files, Documents, Charts, Spreadsheets, etc.  Links to outside sources and websites  Security Concerns

14  Click Course Materials Navigate Menu Link  Click the Add New Section link in the top box  Type in a Course Title  Type in a Brief Description of the Course  Enter Publish Dates or Accept Default  Click the Save button  Find the [Course Title] Syllabus Editor Box  Click the Edit option

15  Click the Add New Section link in the right box  Type in a Title for the Link  Type in the URL to the Link  Click the Add Web Link button  Preview Site  Verify Web URL Link

16  Click the Add New Section link in the left box  Type in a Document Title for the Link  Browse to the File Directory  Select the File and Click the Open button  Click the Add Document button  Preview Site  Verify Document Link

17  Spell Check  Publish in FrontDoor Directory  Publish on Faculty Website Directory  Search Engines  Direct URL: http://frontdoor.valenciacc.edu/?{UID}  Print on Business Cards  Print on Course Materials  Link in PowerPoint/Media Presentations
