EU BON Meeting, Joensuu, March 2015 WP 2: Milestone 231 delivered in May As technology evolves and new tools are analysed, such a report has to be more dynamic and be regularly updated : helpdesk in the Data Mobilisation Toolkit you can find a chapter on data sharing tools : repository  Regularly check the repository and update existing information adding new tools ( All EU BON partners + externals ongoing activity during the project and beyond for the sustainability plan)  Beyond the data sharing tool task, as the data mobilization Toolkit contains also information on the other components of EU BON such as registries, citizen sciences products, or Monitoring schemes or standards repositories.  Answers to the requirements of the EU to provide the technical information from the official reporting in a more user friendly way.

Description of the installations and implementations of the data sharing tools, analysis of their usage and usability Use cases with for example the data of the selected demo sites (WP5), with data from WP3 and WP4 see how their results can be fed and visualized on the portal, but Also sharing data in the proper format they need to run their models. Interaction with WP6 and 7 to make sure that the tools share the information to the experts in an proper and accurate way so they can prepare the work of the policy and Decision makers.
