3 1 st round of Stakeholders meetings Aims and objectives: – to raise awareness of the Livediverse project; – to identify and understand the key issues related to biodiversity and livelihoods from different perspectives (national, provincial, local; governmental/ non- governmental); – to identify key stakeholders – to identify existing initiatives and projects within the case study areas that complement the aims and objectives of LiveDiverse project

5 Aims and Objectives: – Interactions with stakeholders with the different WP 4/6/7/8 through households surveys, village meetings, governance interviews, scenarios focus groups 2 nd round of stakeholders meetings

6 Objectives (task 3.5) – Discuss livelihood and biodiversity scenarios – Formulate recommendations and proposals for future policy Outputs – Identify prospects for implementation of recommended policy measures beyond the term of the project – Develop strategies for further activities, including capacity building plans 3 rd round of stakeholders meetings
