ALMALAUREA IT Staff developed the GRADUA platform, and the questionnaire based on the decoding tables.
2.2 Database population

Database population implies the registration of students and companies within the platform.
The students, close to their graduation, will be the first to populate the database (starting from the 1st graduation session, year 2019).
Currently there is a discussion about the platform hosting, the decisionmaking of which is very important for this process (will come back to this later).

ALMALAUREA IT Staff is working to realize a second set of web functionalities necessary for the supply of e-recruitment services.
2.4 Platform tuning
Activity planned after the the migration of the platform in Albania

Such activities are performed by AL as host of the platform and then will be carried out by the trained staff of the future host institution.

3.4 IT sustainability training for platform migration and maintenance

3.5 Training on labor market analysis

4.1 Seminar on professional traineeship development

The seminar took place in University of Tirana, and was mainly addressed to career office, experts and professional of the Albanian Universities intended to touch relevant issues related to training programs in a competitive world.
4.2 Assess students and companies experience in training programs

The seminar will take place on September 2019 in Tirana, meantime the following activities are performed:
- We are preparing an ad hoc questionnaire for student (which is tested with some students from AUT then will be delivered to other partners and to career office of universities as well for the future assessment of the students’ experience)
- We are preparing and delivered on- line and hard copies an ad hoc questionnaire for companies. Until now are completed by 65 enterprises. The staff is working on preparation a draft report.

The first draft dissemination plan was presented to the GRADUA partners during the meeting held in Bologna, May 2018; the dissemination plan has been updated step by step, with the help and support of entire Gradua partnership and now is avaible on the website in finsl version.
Promotional materials include brochures, leaflets, posters and roll-ups are printed and used.
Social networks campaigns has been organized to raise awareness on the project and contribute to reach notably students.
