Evidence Including tools and etiquette

Subject The subject line informs the reader what the contains. The reader can automatically tell if they need to open the as the subject informs them about the recipient, because if the subject line does not make sense then the receiver may not open as they could think its junk mail.

Reply Reply is where you can back the sender and the subject changes to “RE” then the original subject line. It adds RE so the original sender known its a reply and nothing else. With writing a reply the original first is shown at the bottom, Because if the sender send hundred of each day he or she cant remember each and every one, the copy on the bottom is so you know what to write in your reply.

Forward Forward is when you receive an , but you need to forward it to other people. For example ; your boss s you an important message and documents but he needs you to send it to your other work colleges this is where forward comes in.

Cc Cc = Carbon copy Cc is when you send a copy of the exact to other people. This is because ‘To’ is the many receiver but you want other people to see it too.

Bcc Bcc = Blind carbon copy Blind carbon copy is when you send an to a group of people, but the receiver doesn’t know they have sent it to them. As their name do not show when opened the .

Attachment An attachment is when you attach a folder, video, picture and forms. Can be anything, attachment is used For when you want the receiver to look, read, download the attach to reader, listen to, or fill in.

Signature A Signature is informing the reader who the is from. Signature are good to have as they inform them your name, address of the Company, post code and your work or home telephone number Then any other details e.g. ; address, fax.

Automatic reply Automatic replies are used for when receiving a , but you are unable to reply, or your busy then if you set up an automatic reply, straight after you have received it.

Contacts Contacts are the people, you have received from and if you save them when recivering s from them they wont be put in junk, sometimes whit if ‘Google’ think its junk they might move it only because of the address of the content.

Folder Organisation Folder organisation is when you add a new folder and name it, this is able to store with the suitable . For example ; R005 survey monkey – has only for other people containing their codes to fill in the survey, or information about the work that is needed.
