Email Evidence

Sending email with attachment As you can see I have attached a file which I would then continue to send to the recipient.

Email with compressed file I have compressed this file so that it is small enough to be able to send on email.

Here you can see I added people to my contacts from my address book

Groups Here is a group which I have created on email.

Sending email to my group I have now selected my group to send them a file. This is a lot more less time costly.

Email etiquette Make sure subject text is clear Use a professional email address Formal text is most appropriate Proof read every message for errors Do not use abbreviations

Email response I have gone onto my email setting as if I was to receive a message while not signed it, it will automatically send an email back to the sender saying that I will get back to them as soon as possible.

Me archiving messages Archiving messages is to make a more professional inbox where I can only see my important messages. When archiving messages it hides the message but does not delete the message. This is great for any messages that are unneeded at the time.

archiving An archive is like a second hand inbox where any emails that you don’t need at the present time can go into the achieve allowing your inbox to be free of any unnecessary emails but you can get any achieved emails back whenever you want.

Reasons why email system might not be working Check the internet cable is secure in the computer and into the network port and don’t forget to report to ISP or teacher. Check its not just the internet page Check someone has not hacked and changed passwords

Email folders This means I can place all of my emails into there subject boxes therefor making a more professional inbox which is easier to navigate.
