5 Back to start Click browse After you have done these basic steps and you have clicked browse fine the file you wish to add then click open and then on the email click done then save. When you click send now it will show to the receiver as an attached file

6 TO…,CC…,BCC… TO.., In this box you can add e-mail addresses that you wish the e-mail will be sent to CC…, This stands for carbon copy BCC…, This stands for blind carbon copy, if you are sending a copy and you don’t wish for them to see the other replicates to see each others e-mail address

7 Reading an email When a new email is received it will show up in bold to read it, click on it. it will then open so you can read it

9 Email Etiquette 1.Make sure you have an appropriate e-mail address 2, always prof read all of the e-mail and do NOT use slang 3, always get to the point quickly and set the tone correctly do NOT use caps lock as it may seem that you are shouting 4, always start an email with a warm greeting 5, most importantly remember you manners always use pleases and thank you when asking for some on to help you

10 I have now sent an email to my group about email Etiquette and CC another person with this email.

11 I have set up an signature so all the messages I send will have my name and my email at the bottom of them.

12 I have now set up an out of office reply so if I am unavailable an email will still be sent in reply.

13 I have now archihved some emails, this will keep theses emails only it will keep free space in my inbox for new mail.

14 I have now created a folder called “IT group” and changed the colour of it to red so all new messages I receive from this people will be put staight in to this folder and labeled it red.

15 Here I have replied to the email that I was sent.

16 I have now forward an email that I have received to another person who I think will need to see it.
