Today’s Goal: Identify the course goals and their significance to you Today is: Wednesday, Aug. 12, Welcome to Ms. Whitaker’s Junior English class! Unfortunately, Ms. Whitaker is in the gym leading freshman orientation, but she’s excited to meet you all tomorrow! 2.Get out a piece of loose leaf paper and write Ms. Whitaker a ¾ page letter introducing yourself, stating what you are most looking forward to in your Junior year (not just English), and any interesting information you think she should know about you. Today’s Goal: Get to know your classmates Due today: None! Fun fact of the day: You have to count all the way to one thousand before the letter “a” is used in spelling a number. Out of Class: Finish Partner Paragraph for tomorrow’s partner presentation
