Mr. Chandler Classroom Rules and Expectations Respect Readiness Responsibility Relationships

Respect One speaker at a time. No putdowns or offensive language Keep your hands to yourself. Don’t touch or take what isn’t yours. Follow all School and District Rules

Readiness Bring to class: Notebook Pen or pencil Scientific/Graphing Calculator Be on time Participate Actively

Responsibility Do your own work. Homework is assigned for the week. Accepted after 1 week for ½ credit. Missed Tests/Quizzes must be made up in Math Study Hall or after school within 2 Weeks

Relationships Work together constructively. Work with your teacher(s). Class time is not time to socialize! Be allies. Support each other. Don’t gossip

Quizzes and Chapter Tests Quiz or Test almost every Friday. Be prepared! Do your homework! You may use 1 page of notes on any quiz or test. You may make up any quiz (not chapter tests) – to improve by one letter grade

Homework Assigned at the start of the week and (usually) due Friday. This allows you to work around your schedule. It does NOT mean you should wait till Thurs to start. Homework is Posted on HAC and my website: Test, Quiz and Homework Grades will be posted on HAC so you can track your progress

Extra Help I will be Available for Extra Help: Weds & Thurs in Room A pm You can Make Up missed quizzes or tests in Math Study halls.
