Just simply plug the ER Card into any USB port on any Windows OS based Computer. The program runs automatically.

Option 2 ER Card on-line records membership ER Card offers an option to upgrade to full service membership and create an on-line personal health record that can be accessed via the internet 24/7 by medical operators, physicians and other caregivers if you don’t have your USB flash drive with you. This is also a very useful service for information sharing across settings, from rescue to emergency department to follow up with PCP – medication, diagnosis and treatment. The ER Card USB flash drive also syncs with the secure, on- line electronic health record so that when information is added, it is always updated every time you plug in the USB
