In the Beginning… Vision –5 years to complete –Phase one Project –Phase two Selecting VLE –Phase Three Go live with VLE –Phase four gradual roll –Phase 5 100% across Curriculum

Project Goal To ensure the new VLE interoperates with the existing college MIS, building the foundation for a scalable and robust infrastructure to support the curriculum online. Relationship to other projects. –JISC interoperability project (stage 1).JISC interoperability project (stage 1). –Selecting a VLE (stage 2).

Phase 1 Aim: –To achieve students and course data exchange between component parts of the MLE to enable the VLE to deliver specific student material to identified groups of students
