Registration

Login Consumers can register on the website, store their account information, view payment history, manage their profile and schedule recurring payments. Registration can be optional or required.

Home Page All Accounts offered by the Biller can be enrolled and managed from a single page. Consumers decide what accounts to enroll in the program (Multiple products).

Payment History No need to call the biller to reconcile payments; Payment History allows consumers to view their complete online payment history.

Manage Recurring Payments Consumers can view and cancel their recurring payments without contacting the biller. The Recurring Payments chart shows consumers the next payment date and amount to ensure funds are available for the payment.

Digital Wallet Consumers can store an unlimited number of payment methods in their wallet to expedite payments.

Payments: Pay Now One Time Future Recurring

Pay Now Consumers can make a one-time payment. Payment gets processed immediately.

One Time Future Dated Payment Consumers can select making the payment at a alter time.

Recurring Payments Multiple frequencies available: Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly, Yearly or on Due Date. Admin Interface

Overview The Admin Interface is used by Call Center Reps (CSR), Biller’s employees and FIS’ employees. From the admin interface and based on permissions users can: Process and manage payments (Virtual Terminal). Manually upload small invoice files. Create, View and Manage Reports. Set up and mange users. Set up and mange Billers. FIS employees can admin the system.
