30 Learners Added To SATERN  Learner records are added to SATERN automatically through a connection to the Human Resource System (FPPS) and NED.  There are two types of mandatory fields in SATERN.  SATERN requires that each learner record contain a unique learner ID (user name).  The following are two types of learners and examples of learner IDs (user name): cswinters – Civil Servant C-rjwoods – Contractors 30
