The EverCheck Process  A paperless system for license verification and ongoing monitoring  It only applies to licenses that have an online primary source board approved by The Joint Commission.  Verification results are summarized daily and posted online for system users to review  At point of hire HR & Department still verifies the license  New license number is entered by HR into the database and data is transmitted to EverCheck weekly for new hires

EverCheck Process  What happens to the licenses that are not listed here? o We collected all licenses from our Recruitment Team and submitted to EverCheck for review -- i.e. CNA will be added, Radiology specific ones may not, because of the board complexity  Licenses are printed online prior to expiration & saved in the system – paper copies may be retrieved for printing during surveys  Historical data saved in system  Departments will be set up as authorizers to see their own reports  Department authorizers will be notified by EverCheck directly for pending license renewals
