1. Some meats and proteins are Beef, Poultry, lamb, pork and eggs. 2. They are full of protein which helps with growth development.

1. Some grains are wheat, rye, barley, oats and rice. 2. Rich in carbohydrates (energy) and contain some protein.

1. Some vegies are carrots, broccoli, potatoes, cauliflower, beans and peas. 2. They are high in nutrients, vitamins and fibre.
