When the people with blue eyes left NewportMillistan and became refugees, they moved into refugee camps far away from their homes. The Red Cross works at the refugee camps and helps the people meet their basic needs.

A refugee camp is… an area where refugees live and receive food, shelter, and medical care from charities.
