30 min a day, at least 5 days a week Make it fun so it doesn’t get old Drink water during Do something you like with added twists (ex. Hike, ride a bike, walk the dog, etc.) Involve friends and family Join a sports team (recreational or competitive) While watching TV, do sit ups, push ups, and stretches during commercials Good PE and Health classes in school help Join outside fitness classes or a gym Exercise

Take care of yourself Even if eating properly, exercise is still necessary Take vitamins If sick, get rest and take it easy Receive recommended 8 hours of sleep a night Keep away from smoky environments Wash hands frequently
