Education Institute Information Management System

Introduction Education industry is the fastest growing today. There are demands in such industries which needs to be fulfilled. One such demand is to manage information. Information management of an education institution is a very growing problem. Its manage a institution’s enquirers, students, forms, fees, etc.

(con…) This problem being dealt with is regarding development of a private web based management system which would be used by an educational institute so as to manage their inquires, registrations, staff, fees, print out templates, batches, etc.

Current scenario... Since years, educational institutions have been dealing with problem of management of information. It is need of such institutions to manage information effectively and actively. Lack of such products or solutions which help them manage their information is causing greater headache for such institutions.

How much is the need? Need for this system is ever growing. Neglecting solution of this problem would only increase its requirement. Resulting in its even further increased demands. Following Google Trends chart show demand of such systems. We can witness that such searches on Google have grown many folds since last few years.

EXPECTED OUTCOME 1: Inquiries  This process ask for student name, contact number and course for which he/she would inquire for.  Inquiry section also provide facility 2: Registration  This section ask for student name, , contact no, college name, course to join etc.  At the time of registration student would be add for particular course.

3:Course  Using this section courses can add, edit, update or delete.  This section ask for course title, description, course fees and other information if any 4:Student  This system shows list of all students in the database  Admin can choose to browse/edit/delete any student.  From here, any student can be managed. Admin can, view fees and details for the student.

5: Staff  This system allows addition of staff members.  There are following details for staff: name, contact, education, payments etc.  From here, any staff member can be managed. Admin can, view old payments of that staff member. 6: Batch Management  There is system to manage batches  Students can be assigned in batches.  Faculties can be assigned to batches.  Batch time tame would also be managed.  Report and print of timetable can be printed.

7: Print Templates  This system would allow administrator to print general stuff.  This printable templates would be anything from admission form, inquire form, course details form etc. 8: Security  This system would be provided with sophisticated security.  Every admin of the system would be provided with username and password.
