5 Should Search Engines ask Members for Feedback on Important and Sensitive Issues related to the site? WWW.StockingDistributors.Com All Rights Reserved 2008

6 We Think They Should! Hello Members! We are on a Fact finding Mission to discuss the Pros and Cons of the following item: Would you like to see OEM’s & CM’s on our site? We have been approached by many members of the site and we have had lengthy discussions regarding the interest of opening the site to all companies, OEM's, CM's and Distributors. The right way and the only way I would incorporate this process is to involve all of the members who are posting inventory on our site in the discussion, since the posting members have an investment in inventories, buildings and employees. We have much to gain in our business by presenting a true database of stock to the outside world for the first time ever and also for the first time ever you as a member of our site are being asked to be involved in the process. By being able to provide quality data and information to the OEM and CM Community, you will see the trust factor from these customers increase rapidly. What we want to discuss is Exactly what are the Pros and Cons for all of the Members of this site in regards to allowing access to OEM and CM customers as to how it would affect your business. I am looking for detailed responses from the decision makers in your organization. If you are not the decision maker please forward this to the proper person so we have a 100% accurate response from the stocking members. The results of these discussions are going to be shared between this group of Posting Members along with your Name and Company Name attached to your responses.

7 Should Search Engines Provide Weekly Updates to the Members? WWW.StockingDistributors.Com All Rights Reserved 2008

8 We Think They Should! Stocking Distributors Weekly Update: March 26, 2008 Hello Members! I have been asked by Mr. XXXXXX of XXXXXXXXXXXX to poll our members regarding an incident with his Company. I am attaching all correspondence that lead up to the suspension of his account with his permission. XXXXXXX felt that we were not justified suspending his account so he requested the poll. Both he and I agree that the members will make the decision based on the facts, if we were justified suspending his account for 30 days. April 22, 2008 Hello Members! Several members telling us that there are unanswered RFQ’s, Inventory not being Updated and/or Deleted after being sold and incorrect Email addresses or wrong Phone numbers on the accounts. How can we correct the responses to RFQ’s? Are the RFQ’s going to the proper person in your company? Are they being caught in your SPAM filters? Would you prefer your RFQ’s to be done by phone only? By Email Only? Uploading of Inventory files, Editing Inventory files and Deleting sold line items – We send out an automatic email reminder daily Sunday evening through Thursday to remind companies to update their files. Is the reminder going to the correct person? We have an easy way to edit your inventory also by going to MY INVENTORY searching for the part # and editing the screen.
