Information from Administration Car Rider Procedures at Morning drop off/car pool line begins at 7:20. Late afternoon check out needs to occur prior to 2:00. Homework and Daily Preparedness Given nightly, except on weekends Spelling tests on Friday with dictation Projects will be announced with ample time to complete and will be accompanied by a rubric **If assignments are not turned in on time they will be completed in study hall during recess and their behavior chart will be marked. Be sure your child is prepared each day by having all of their materials and appropriate paperwork signed. Any money or important office information must be placed in a closed envelope.

Communication Communication between us is KEY in the success of your child! Lines of communication in order of preference: Notes: Please send me a note in your child’s agenda or communication folder. Report Card Grading Scale: A = 90%-100% B = 80%- 89% C = 74%- 79% D = 70%- 73% F = 0% - 69% NOT 1, 2, 3!

SYNERGY ParentVUE Activaton Key Parents of 4 th and 5 th Graders please stop by the gym and pick up your ParentVUE Activation Key! ParentVUE is a great tool to help you monitor your child’s progress and have access to the latest information about your child’s schedule, attendance, and grades.

So, what do you have to sign? Agenda – Sign nightly Monday through Friday (Agenda is checked daily.) Behavior contract - over the weekend. (Behavior Contract will be checked every Monday.) Please wait to sign on the weekend. I am asking the children to be responsible and show you all communication and papers that will go home in the Red Communication folder. Please help them to remember this. All graded work will be in the folder.
