Departmental Programs Departmental Programming  This is programming that is designed to incorporate the entire Residence Life staff. The Independent living crew is responsible for planning, organizing, and running this event. How it will work  Independent Living RA’s will meet and choose a topic for the month from a list of ideas provided by AC Bobby  They will then develop a few ideas of how the topic should be presented They will also create a needs list, personnel list, and timeline in preparation for the event and submit that to AC Bobby  Once the program has begun to develop, the Independent living RA’s will present their plan of action to the entire ResLife staff during a monthly staff meeting  At the meeting The Independent Living crew will:  Assign other RA’s to specific tasks from their list  Gather more insight and ideas from the entire staff  Pick a date for the program
